How we work
We meet together to discuss your personal circumstances, your current financial situation, tax position and establish your future financial requirements. This information will be recorded electronically on our Fact Find and the information gathered will form the basis of our advice and recommendations.
At this point we will also work through our Service Agreement and Propositions with you and discuss fees and how these may be paid.
OBJECTIVES & RISK
Next we discuss your objectives and aspirations, as well as any concerns that may arise. We will ask you to complete a Risk Assessment Questionnaire which has been designed to measure your risk tolerance and provide us with a report which summarises your risk profile. This will help you make informed investment decisions and avoid unacceptable risks.
Using the results of your Risk Assessment Questionnaire, we’ll discuss our analysis of your current position, outline our initial thoughts and agree a suitable strategy with you.
Once the strategy has been agreed we will use extensive research tools to identify the most suitable products from the whole of the market in order to meet your objectives.
It’s time to implement the plan. Every course of action we have recommended and agreed with you is now put into motion and within 14 days from implementation, you will receive a detailed suitability report confirming what we have carried out on your behalf.
REVIEW THE PLAN & PROGRESS UPDATES
Review dates will be agreed, and should take place at least annually, more regularly if required or requested. The purpose of regular monitoring of your Personal Financial Plan is to enable you to clearly see progress towards reaching your financial goals, and for us to make any course adjustments that may be required. Working closely with you we will explain overall how the plan is going and agree with you any modifications to keep it on track towards the achievement of your goals.
